New and edited reviews are moderated. Owners cannot rate their own claimed restaurant, and anyone signed in can report a concern.
No system can eliminate fake reviews completely. We combine sign-in, submission limits, duplicate detection, ownership checks, and human moderation. A paid feature never changes a score or removes a negative review.
